Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll gladly make it right 💕

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
